SMS Terms

Drive2B may send transactional, service, request-related, reservation-related, delivery-related, account, safety, or, if separately authorized, marketing text messages. A message from Drive2B may relate to a rental inquiry, request follow-up, reservation status, customer service, delivery coordination, a completed transaction, or promotions.

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting in where required, you consent to receive the category of messages described at the point of consent, including messages sent using an automated technology where applicable. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of buying, renting, or receiving services where prohibited by law. Message frequency varies by your interaction and request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, or use any other reasonable method to communicate your revocation, including contacting Brady@drive2b.com or 619-780-1398. You may also reply HELP for help. Drive2B will maintain a suppression process and honor a valid revocation within the time required by law. After a STOP or other valid revocation, we may send one non-promotional confirmation message and may still send communications permitted by law that are strictly necessary for an existing transaction, safety issue, or other non-marketing purpose.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and will notify Drive2B if it changes. Consent is personal to the number and does not transfer to a new holder. A prior opt-out remains effective unless you later provide legally sufficient consent to re-enroll.

Texting is not an emergency service. Do not use text, chat, or the Drive2B assistant for emergencies, urgent safety issues, accident reporting where emergency response is needed, or time-sensitive legal, medical, or insurance advice. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Drive2B may modify or end a messaging program, subject to applicable law. These SMS Terms supplement the Drive2B Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and controlling rental documents. If a final rental agreement addresses a related issue, it controls to the extent of a conflict.
