Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE OCTOBER 10, 2026

2B DRIVING LLC, d/b/a Drive2B (“Drive2B,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use drive2b.com, the Drive2B website or applications, submit a rental request, communicate with us, or interact with our AI-enabled chat or voice tools.

01

Scope and notice at collection

We collect personal information only for legitimate business, operational, safety, legal, and service purposes. At or before a website form, chat or voice capture, reservation path, or other direct collection point, Drive2B should present a concise notice identifying the categories collected and the purposes. This Notice does not authorize collection or use that is not actually implemented. Operations must keep forms, vendor settings, consent language, and this Notice aligned.

02

Information we may collect

Depending on the interaction, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, city, and preferred contact method.
  • Inquiry and trip information, such as requested vehicle, pick-up or delivery preference or general location, dates and times, request type, business-rental needs, and messages.
  • Communications information, such as messages, chat or voice transcripts, summaries, recordings where enabled and lawful, support records, opt-outs, and satisfaction or complaint information.
  • Device and online information, such as IP address, browser or device data, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring links, diagnostic data, and security logs.
  • Rental-stage information submitted through approved secure processes, which may include driver eligibility, identity, payment or deposit, insurance or protection, and vehicle-condition information only if and when Drive2B actually collects it.
  • Inferences or risk signals reasonably derived from the information above for fraud prevention, service, safety, security, and operational decisions.
03

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries; evaluate and administer requests or rentals; verify identity, eligibility, payment, and safety; communicate about a request or transaction; and provide customer support.
  • Prevent fraud, theft, abuse, and security incidents; maintain records; comply with law and insurance, accounting, tax, or dispute obligations; improve the Services; and market only as permitted by law and your choices.
  • Automated tools may assist with capturing, routing, summarizing, and classifying information, but do not themselves create a confirmed reservation.
04

How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that support hosting, CRM, communications, analytics, security, payments, identity or eligibility screening, insurance or protection, roadside or vehicle operations, and professional services; to a marketplace or transaction partner if you choose or use that channel; to government, insurers, law enforcement, courts, or others when lawfully required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or legal compliance; and in connection with a business transaction. Recipients may use information only for authorized purposes or as their own notices allow.

  • We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide any notice and opt-out required by law.
  • We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of persons under 16.
  • We do not disclose mobile opt-in information to third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
05

AI, chat, and voice interactions

An AI-enabled assistant may collect the information you intentionally provide, generate a transcript or summary, and route an inquiry to the Drive2B team. It may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for a human confirmation or final rental agreement. We use reasonable controls to limit sensitive data in these tools, but you should not provide prohibited sensitive information through them. See the AI Disclosure and Automated Systems Notice for additional information.

06

Cookies and online technologies

We and service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, logs, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, measurement, preferences, and, where configured and permitted, analytics or advertising. See the Cookie Notice and available browser or device controls. Blocking certain technologies may affect functionality.

07

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of our processing, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, limit certain sensitive-information use, appeal a decision, or not be discriminated against for exercising rights. To make a request, email Brady@drive2b.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line or call 619-780-1398. We may verify your request using information reasonably necessary to protect against fraud and unauthorized disclosure. An authorized agent must provide evidence of authority and may be subject to verification. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

  • If our actual practices constitute a “sale,” “share,” targeted advertising, or other activity requiring opt-out or browser preference handling under applicable law, Drive2B will implement the required control, honor qualifying global privacy controls where required, and describe it here.
  • This Notice does not waive any non-waivable privacy right.
08

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service, safety, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute, fraud-prevention, and records needs, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. No system is perfectly secure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use approved channels and protect your own devices and accounts.

09

Children

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally valid authorization. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can assess and take appropriate action.

10

Third parties, marketplace services, and cross-border processing

Third-party websites, marketplaces, payment providers, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. This Notice does not govern their practices. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Drive2B or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

11

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in law, operations, vendors, or data practices. The Effective Date identifies the current version. Material changes will be handled as required by law. Questions, requests, or complaints:
