The assistant cannot bind Drive2B, create a confirmed reservation, hold a vehicle, lock a rate, authorize payment, approve insurance or protection, modify a completed rental agreement, or provide legal, insurance, tax, medical, financial, or emergency advice. A request remains subject to human review, verification, availability, final documentation, and applicable terms.

The assistant may process information you voluntarily provide, such as name, contact details, city, dates, vehicle preference, general pick-up or delivery request, and messages. Do not provide payment-card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, driver’s-license or passport numbers, dates of birth, passwords, PINs, or other sensitive information through the general AI assistant. Drive2B may direct sensitive rental-stage information to an approved secure process.

Drive2B may retain transcripts, summaries, request details, and related logs to respond to you, operate the service, improve internal processes, protect security, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Notice. You may ask for a human follow-up or communicate a privacy, accessibility, complaint, or opt-out request using Brady@drive2b.com or 619-780-1398. The team, not the AI, determines whether and how to respond, confirm a request, or make an operational decision.

Drive2B should use AI providers and automated systems only under approved contracts, security controls, access restrictions, and documented data boundaries. Drive2B should not allow a provider to use customer or rental information to train unrelated models unless it has assessed, approved, and disclosed that use as required. Automated outputs require appropriate human oversight, especially for eligibility, fraud, claims, pricing, safety, or customer-impacting decisions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI-assistant output is provided for general informational and request-routing purposes, without a warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You must verify material information directly with Drive2B and the final transaction documents. This Notice does not limit non-waivable rights.
